Job Description:

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for working with internal teams to guide projects through the established process from concept to delivery of the final product.  This position will provide status updates and traffic all Content Studio projects.  The Traffic Coordinator will be the liaison between the Content Studio and other internal departments ensuring the execution of marketing, sales and local industry communication projects and ensuring on-time and quality completion. Additionally, the Traffic Coordinator is responsible for understanding the organization’s brand guidelines and to collect all necessary project information. This position will also monitor the overall schedule of projects to help determine the Content Studio’s workflow priorities.

Required Education and Experience

•Minimum Associates degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field. Will substitute experience for education.

•1-3 years of experience in marketing or public relations.

•2-3 years of experience working daily with a project management/workflow digital platform.

•Excellent project management and organizational skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

•Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies.

•Results driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem solving attitude.

• Flexible, change embracing in rapidly evolving work and market environment.

• Ability to relate work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
