Overview & Responsibilities 
The Senior Sourcing Manager will:
  • Manage the team and goals for the North America Marketing platform for One Global Sourcing
  • Maintain strong partnership with marketing leadership across Brand Building Services (BBS) and each of the Operating Units
  • Be directly responsible for all aspects of the strategic sourcing process for specific categories within the Marketing Sourcing Platform for North America
  • Own North America Retail (NAR) supplier and stakeholder relationships for accountable categories and provide leadership engagement for all other marketing categories
  • Partner with stakeholders and the Global Sourcing Center to drive sourcing strategies and deliver value across all categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Category Specific:
  • Partner with the Global Sourcing Center to provide business strategy and requirements for category strategies and lead regional implementation.
  • Represent category and sourcing priorities with cross-functional partners and the operating unit.
  • Partner with the Global Sourcing Center on negotiation, cost management and contracting strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Serve as point-person for financial management, including budget tolerance analysis and total value creation and tracking.
Team Specific:
  • Manage direct reports in the Marketing platform including career development, performance, global category team participation, and escalations as needed for those categories.
  • Represent the Marketing platform to key leadership stakeholders including joint business planning.
  • Lead development of total value pipeline and delivery against platform goals for the North America Marketing platform.
  • Comply with corporate and regulatory policies and accounting practices.
  • Learn and leverage continuous improvement tools and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics degree preferred
  • 7 years of Sourcing, Sales, or Marketing business processes and systems experience
  • Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Strong strategy development and execution
  • Strong executive communication and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Expertise in contract development and complex negotiations
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Project Management experience preferred
