The Brand Marketing Team is looking for an energetic, passionate and intellectually curious Senior Brand Manager to join our family. They will always have an eye on the digital and retail landscape to ensure we remain one step ahead, are not afraid of getting their hands dirty and lean into what will grow the business. They are proactive and resourceful in collecting information and perspectives to analyze complex problems or anticipate emerging situations, with a positive outlook. Key Responsibilities

•             Manage National Marketing Programs & Partnerships: Develop annual brand marketing plans that meet growth objectives. Create plans, develop partnerships and execute experiential marketing events.

•             Drive Digital Strategy: Build digital strategy, plan programs, execute and refine strategies/plans, conduct pre/post event analysis. Monitor & analyze activity and provide direction to cross-functional team.

•             Manage Shopper Marketing Programs: Partner with retailers, the sales team, and other internal cross-functional teams to lead integrated customer marketing plans that fuel annual business plans.

•             Manage Product lifecycle: Work with Brand Director and internal teams to vet out innovation and extensions of the brand, lead product lifecycle, and monitor execution to market testing or launch, conduct pre/post analysis. Drive the commercialization strategies & tactics for New Product Launches.

•             Brand Portfolio Optimization: Collaborate with the Brand team to help conduct consumer research, segment portfolio, develop brand strategies and build brands. Provide insights & recommendations to the development of the long-range plans. Develop and manage product line business plans. Make recommendations regarding product objectives and strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging and product lifecycle across channels.

 

Qualifications:

•             Required BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, i.e., Communications; MBA preferred.

•             7 + years of brand management experience in consumer-packaged goods.

•             Ability and flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.

 

 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

•             Must be strong in analytical and technical skills; comfortable with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI etc.…)

•             Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including sales, return on investments, and profit and loss.

•             Strong knowledge of marketing vehicles and marketing fundamentals.

•             Must be able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and be a strong team player.

•             Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written.

•             Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and a track record of balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

•             Ability to coach and develop team members and cross-functional partners to retain & develop talent.
