What You'll Do

As the Earned Media Strategist you will be primarily responsible for developing an earned media plan and roadmap. You will manage SEO activities and strategies such as keyword assessments, backlinking and overall site health. You will also proactively monitor brand rankings and competition from poachers to ensure the brand's search presence is adequately protected. Responsibilities include: 

  • Update and maintain copy and content on web pages for search engine optimization.
  • Utilize data and insights to achieve maximum SEO rank.
  • Manage social media accounts and editorial calendar.
  • Identify digital earned media opportunities that would increase awareness and credibility of the brand.
  • Work with the creative team to develop assets and content to support program initiatives.
  • Report on program performance based on specified metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage project milestones and deadlines to execute campaigns in a timely and organized manner.
Job Requirements
Who You Are

You have a keen ability to turn data into meaningful insights to drive decision making. You are experienced in managing social media programs and using social media management platforms. You have experience overseeing content creation and related strategies. You have a firm understanding of SEO trends and best practices. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to internal teams and key stakeholders. 


You bring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. You bring 3+ years of experience managing SEO or related digital programs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
