List Manager

Position:

Trinity Direct seeking a List Manager with a Direct Marketing background to join our team!  In this position you will be responsible for processing orders and clearing mail dates.  You will be communicating directly with several list owners and list brokers to ensure timeliness and accuracy of orders.  You will also observe and analyze key market information, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. 


Responsibilities:
  • Receive and clear orders, including mail date and packages, with list owners.
  • Must be able to provide alternative recommendations and cross sell. 
  • Regular contact, phone and email, with list brokers, list owners and internal team.
  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services.
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Compile and present data to clients and other departments.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience: 3-5 years in list management or other related fields
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Good sense client needs
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
