The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team include Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. The Wholesale Solutions Marketing Role:

Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally, with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Its business lines include Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, as well as the Wholesale Chief Operating Office and Wholesale Control organizations that support and monitor the businesses.

In this role, you will have responsibility for managing the marketing for Wells Fargo Commercial Capital and Treasury Management business units including go-to-market product launch efforts and ongoing marketing/product portfolio management. This leader must have experience with complex, diverse and market-based businesses including multiple product lines and distribution channels. Deep knowledge of B2B businesses is required and a passion for customer-first marketing development using rich insights and metrics.

As the Wholesale Solutions Marketing Leader you will be responsible for:
  • Defining and leading all marketing strategy and implementation for Wells Fargo Commercial Capital and Treasury Management products to improve competitive position and deliver strong customer experiences, revenue and growth targets
  • Providing end-to-end marketing support for all customer-facing teams -- developing materials to support customer cultivation and development efforts. Where relevant, develop segment-based marketing strategies to reach priority audiences.
  • Aligning event strategies with marketing programs
  • Developing a cohesive marketing product portfolio strategy to manage product launch marketing efforts and ongoing product marketing needs.
  • Identifying key metrics and KPI's to demonstrate marketing outcomes and ensure marketing strategies support business priorities.
  • Working closely with multiple Wholesale leaders and teams, internal centers of excellence, key stakeholders and marketing team and agency partners.
  • General management responsibility including financial reviews, operating reviews, team development and management, and strategic planning

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • 6+ years of management experience
  • 5 + years of digital marketing experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
  • Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
  • A Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
Other Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing that includes customer journey experience.
  • Experience building Marketing product portfolio strategies and managing product launches, marketing programs and all product materials and sales support materials.
  • Strong leadership experience in motivating, building and leading high performing teams that are collaborative, proactive, bring new ideas and drive results.
  • A "customer-first" mindset to understand customer insights and align with business priorities.
