ANA Legal Ethics Breakfast

Presenting will be Bruce E.H. Johnson, Partner, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. He will address legal ethics issues from the standpoint of inside counsel. Given their dual positions as company managers and advisers, in-house lawyers often must address more complicated and dynamic legal risks than their outside law firms.  Using real-life examples, we will discuss examples of these cutting-edge legal ethics issues that in-house practitioners frequently face. Followed by a discussion and Q&A from the audience. CLE credits will be applied for this meeting.

Bruce Johnson is a veteran litigator, represents information industry clients on issues involving media and communications law as well as technology and intellectual property matters. His expertise includes advising on First Amendment law issues, particularly involving commercial speech, commercial transactions and consumer rights.
