The next wave of consumer engagement transformation is happening at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence technology and brand expression. Intelligent platforms, augmented by a full suite of business services, are changing the way we engage with customers. In this session, you’ll hear from R/GA’s Brand AI team, led by SVP, Executive Creative Director Matt Marcus and Executive Technology Director Michael Morowitz on how they design and build out AI-driven products, AI-driven marketing communications, chat/voice assisted products, and traditional customer support. HERMAN MILLER: THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF AUGMENTED REALITY AND VIRTUAL REALITY

From design icons like Charles and Ray Eames in the 1950s, to the new workplace in the 1980s, to the Aeron chair in the 1990s, to the Cosm chair just last year, Herman Miller has been the standard in modern furniture for homes and workplaces for the past 100 years.
