That critical role is held by Kwasi Mitchell. He is responsible for driving a firmwide strategy around the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion; sustainability and climate change; and education and workforce development, among others. He also helps employees live their purpose daily, supports clients on their purpose journey, and forms alliances to address systemic societal issues.
