Poor process leads to poor results. Marketers today are facing numerous challenges: increasing competition, lightning-fast evolution, and adoption of new technologies, the customer always wanting more, and constantly shrinking resources. Simply put, marketers are needing to do more with less, but the process of planning and executing marketing campaigns has changed little in decades. Many marketers are now realizing this process needs to change in order to reflect the dynamic environment that is marketing today.

Your process needs to become agile. The best marketing is often the result of a successful collaboration among diverse personnel spanning different groups and agencies within an organization. Enabling such successful collaboration within an organization is at the forefront of our Agile Marketing for Marketers workshop. This workshop will show you step-by-step how to apply Agile marketing concepts and techniques, so that you and your team can get more done in less time, quickly adapt to change, and perform better, smarter, and faster!

Our workshop will explain the principles, processes, and tools that make up Agile marketing and how to tailor them to work within your organization. Agile marketing places a premium on team communication, customer collaboration, and the willingness to make changes throughout the process. We will discuss Agile marketing values in-detail and perform several exercises that will allow attendees to integrate themselves into the Agile process. After developing a solid understanding of the Agile principles and practices, our full-day session will change focus to how you can integrate Agile marketing into your team, organization, and processes successfully.

This integration includes detailing your team’s present processes, current successes, and challenges to map how Agile can be integrated into an organization immediately. This training will not only focus on procedures but also the importance of how team members think and communicate with each other and throughout an organization. Our workshop will detail how to gain team members’ confidence in Agile and ensure everyone is working together toward the same goals. At the conclusion of this full-day session, you and your team will understand Agile’s principles and practices, but also walk away with a plan on how to begin utilizing Agile within your organization immediately following the training.

This engaging workshop contains individual and team exercises, case studies, and real-world examples. As you take part in this workshop, you will ask yourself, “Where has this been all my life?” The Agile Marketing for Marketers workshop will re-inspire you to push your team further and deliver your best work.

Who is this workshop for?
