This is the final workshop in the ANA’s Agile Marketing Mastery Program, a four-part series designed to give you exposure to all facets of Agile Marketing and to equip you for implementation at your organization.

Once you have learned the ropes of Agile Marketing and your team is ready to implement, you will need an effective pitch to gain the attention and win over the other key stakeholders within your organization. Transforming from a traditional marketing organization requires a change in process and mindset across all teams and stakeholders. Whether the need is to convince leadership of Agile’s usefulness, or convince key business stakeholders who play important roles in Agile process, a convincing pitch and process can be the key difference-maker between an Agile program that succeeds or fails.

In this virtual workshop, participants will learn best practices for introducing and integrating Agile within an organization. Who the key stakeholders are at any organization that need to be included in the Agile process and how to effectively communicate Agile Marketing’s value to those stakeholders, will be explained. Participants will learn how to craft pitches that earn the confidence of leadership and key business partners and will have ample time with facilitator to draft their own pitch for later use.

This engaging virtual workshop contains individual exercises, case studies, and real-world examples to give you the experience you need in order to understand how to implement Agile on the job.

Target Audience
This virtual workshop is open for marketers at any level that develops and/or executes marketing campaigns. It is particularly useful for those who want to understand how to implement an agile process for improved decision-making.
