Brad is Director of Deliverability for MessageGears, the only customer marketing platform that connects directly to a brand’s existing data sources. He has spent the past 16 years working in the email industry with a primary focus on deliverability, compliance, and best practice education. In that time, Brad has consulted with senders ranging from mom-and-pop shops to some of the world's largest and most well-known brands and organizations.
Brad also serves as Vice-Chair of the Senders Committee for the Messaging, Mobile, and Malware Anti-Abuse Work Group (M³AAWG) and a member of the EEC's Practices & Standards subcommittee. He regularly contributes to the email community through webinars, blog posts, and speaking engagements.

Jennifer Hoth
Sr. Relationship Marketing Strategist | DEG

Jennifer is a Sr. Relationship Marketing Strategist at DEG, Linked by Isobar. She helps her clients market to the moment by sending the right content to the right people at the right time. Prior to joining DEG, she served as an email marketing manager for Duluth Trading Company, and prior to that was part of the email strategy team at Kohl’s Department Stores. Email and retail run thick in her blood and she couldn’t imagine doing anything else, so she also serves as a member of the EEC advisory board. Outside of email marketing, Jennifer enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Andrew Kordek
VP of Customer Engagement | iPost

Andrew is the VP of Customer Engagement at iPost, an advanced Email Service Provider (ESP) built for the Digital Marketer’s growing demands for data and hyper-personalization. Prior to iPost, Andrew was the Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of Trendline Interactive where he led the email marketing strategy department. He has held client-side positions at Groupon, Sears, and Quest Software, where he was responsible for all aspects of their email marketing program, including strategy, execution, reporting, and analytics.
With over 20 years in the email marketing industry, he is a recognized innovator, thought leader, and advocate for responsible email marketing.
Andrew is an avid blogger, frequent speaker, and contributor to the email community.

April Mullen
Director of Brand and Content Marketing | SparkPost

April has over 13 years working in email for brands, agencies and in martech. Outside of SparkPost, Mullen has been an Adjunct Professor of Digital Marketing at the University of Missouri-St. Louis since 2013. In June of 2016, Mullen co-founded Women of Email, an organization with over 4,000 members on six continents that is aimed at driving positive change for women in the email marketing niche. Mullen was named to DMNews’ 40 Under 40 list in 2018 and DMNews’ 2019 Marketing Hall of Femme Women to Watch list. She contributes thought leadership at conferences and through writing for industry publications, including Forbes and MediaPost.
