Tracey Burgoon is the Director of Direct Response for the 1.3 million-member DAV (Disabled American Veterans). She manages the direct response fundraising and membership solicitation activities for the nonprofit organization at DAV National Headquarters in Cold Spring, Ky.

Dave is a master analyst who brings over 26 years of experience in both nonprofits and direct response agencies. His wide range of expertise includes advanced data analysis, budgeting, planning, client services and program management.

Dave has a knack for bridging the gap between the art of fundraising and the science of data, working well with staff at every level of an organization. He believes data is at the heart of any organization's success. With a passion for digging deep, Dave drills into results to uncover and exploit the most promising opportunities. Working with account teams and clients alike, he strives to find the proper balance of audience and offer to continuously improve upon direct response programs.
