This session is designed to provide insight on actions B2B companies should be considering as they work through their crisis operations and communications amid the Covid-19 crisis. As in all crisis environments, there are certain basics that need to be addressed. However, Covid-19 presents at least three unique challenges:

  • personal physical risk
  • prolonged uncertainty, and
  • immediate social distancing.

These three factors will require significant and perhaps even permanent changes in how we communicate, engage and remain relevant with employees, customers, and community.
