Email Marketing During Trying Times

This event is over.

You have Questions, We have Answers

Welcome to our new normal, at least for a while. Marketing in a time of crisis is tricky; how can you make sure your messages enhance your brand reputation, rather than tarnish it? In this webinar we’ll address the simple and the not-so-simple scenarios, including:

  • Do my established email marketing programs and campaigns have to change? If so, how?
  • How can our email be more empathetic and helpful to our customers at this difficult, sensitive time?
  • Do I need to send an email about how my company is mitigating or adapting to the current global health crisis? If so, what information should be included?
  • If company measures to mitigate spread aren’t relevant to my organization, what if anything should we say about the pandemic?
  • In light of work-from-home, quarantining and shelter-in-place orders being our temporary new normal, how should my promotional email strategy and cadence change?
  • Is an unsubscribe link required in non-promotional company and corporate announcements related to the pandemic?

We’ll also be presenting examples of great email marketing we’ve seen during this and other difficult times, for your swipe file. Whether you’re B2C or B2B, we’ll have relevant information you can use to ensure your email marketing program comes out of this health crisis healthy. Oh, and if you have other questions? Send them to Lisa Shosteck at lshosteck@ana.net and we’ll address them live during the webinar.
