Aisha is a soon-to-be astronaut as the first Black woman confirmed to fly with Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos spaceflight company! Aisha will share her experience breaking barriers in space exploration, and discuss the challenges and opportunities of promoting diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated field. She is a former aerospace engineer at NASA and co-founder of STEMBoard, a technology company focused on diversifying the STEM workforce, making STEM accessible to all by creating a product that overcomes language barriers. Aisha brings a wealth of experience and passion to the ANA's DEI Forum.
