I. TikTok influencers: A Winning Ingredient for DiGiorno (11:30 - 12:15 p.m. ET)
Nestle’s DiGiorno frozen pizza has had incredible success reaching consumers across social and digital with engaging content, but the brand wanted to further increase relevance among a younger target consumer. Learn how DiGiorno, along with Reach Agency, enlisted Kyle Exum (7M+ Followers on TikTok) to create an original audio and accompanying video to show the awesomeness that goes down when DiGiorno Rising Crust Pizza comes out of the oven. Seven other creators used Kyle’s original audio in their own renditions to showcase how DiGiorno makes their homes the life of the party. By creating a unique and catchy song for the campaign, DiGiorno was able to show up authentically on TikTok and generate a positive response from the TikTok community. Hear how DiGiorno drove a 3.6% boost in brand awareness and a 6.8% improvement in consumer attitudes with this creative TikTok campaign.

Zev Krauss is a consumer-centric CX advisor, with 15+ years of experience creating best in class digital marketing and commerce experiences, that enhance the consumer’s path to purchase in order to drive business growth for major global brands. Zev has led omnichannel commerce, digital and business programs for globally recognizable brands such as Calvin Klein/ PVH and Frederic Fekkai. He resides in Brooklyn with his family and holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree from the Baruch University in New York City.
