Focus Brands is a restaurant holding company currently owns Schlotzsky's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Moe's Southwest Grill, McAlister's Deli, and Auntie Anne's brands. In this session, Matthew Courtoy, Senior Social Media Manager – Focus Brands will share how they use content marketing and social media to surprise and delight their fans, particularly Moms.

II. EXPERIAN: CONTENT MARKETING CASE STUDY (11:15-12:00PM)
In this session, Ellen Sirull, Senior Marketing Manager, Content – Experian, will share the tremendous work they are doing to maximize and integrate content marketing efforts within their organization across many channels. Marketers will learn how to leverage existing in-house resources within their organizations to create content for various channels, even with small teams or limited budgets.

III. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE: LEVERAGING NEW TECHNOLOGIES (1:00 – 1:45PM)
In this session we will discuss various aspects and best practices of digital & social media. ANA Digital & Social committee members will also have an opportunity to network and discuss key issues such as social listening tools, the internet of things, augmented reality, virtual reality, and AI in marketing.

The ANA Digital & Social, Southeast Chapter Committee will have an opportunity to experience a demonstration on how GE is utilizing technology to enable a power plant to generate electricity.
