Over the course of 9 months, TD Bank embarked on a journey to find the right partners that delivered on the core business needs and aligned with their culture.

II. FOSTERING AGENCY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO GET GREAT CREATIVE (11:15AM – 12:15PM)
Having a great relationship with your agency's creative team is paramount, but something that's often overlooked by marketers. Marketers need to build and maintain strong relationships with their creative teams as a prerequisite for getting to the best possible creative work. Your agency-client relationship isn't just between you and the agency – it's also between the individuals who make the work happen. In this session, we'll be joined by two agency creative directors, who will share some of their best creative work and the conditions that led to them made that great work possible.

Speakers:
Terri Meyer, Co-Founder and Co-CEO – Terri and Sandy
Sandy Greenberg, Co-Founder and Co-CEO – Terri and Sandy

LUNCH (12:15 – 1:00PM)

III. MONDELEZ: AUTOMATING THE SOW PROCESS (1:00 - 2:00PM)
Over the past two years, Mondelez has been working on an automated system for creating and storing all of their Scopes of Work (SOWs) with their agencies. The project was launched at the start of 2016 just for creative agencies and "Above the Line" work, but it was so well received at Mondelez worldwide, that after a year, the project's scope was expanded to include "Below the Line" and digital work. The expansion went live at the start of 2017. In this session, you'll learn more about the project, its implementation, and lessons learned.

Speakers:
Debra Giampoli, ANA Agency Relations Committee Co-Chair (recently Global Director of Strategic Agency Relations at Mondelez International, Inc.)
Sal Vitale, Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Procurement - Mondelez International, Inc.

IV. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ENHANCING THE BRIEF PROCESS (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this roundtable discussion, we'll provide an update on the task force established to enhance the briefing process. We'll also have a candid conversation about the overall brief and briefing process: what's working, what isn't, and how we can work to make it better. Come with your thoughts and feedback on the briefing process, and feel free to bring examples of good and bad briefs. We will also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing in Agency Relations and which topics we should cover in more depth at future committee meetings.
