I. ADOBE: IN-HOUSE AGENCY CASE STUDY (10:00 – 11:00AM)
In this session, representatives from Adobe's in-house agency, will provide an update on their journey, decision-making process on what to in-source, and how it has changed their agency relationships. Topics to be covered include best practices for bringing disciplines in-house and an overview of Adobe's in-house content studio.

In this session, Thea Hayden, director of content and strategy at Dell Inc. will discuss how to build a great internal agency, tap into their creativity and deliver beyond expectations. She will share best practices and lessons learned along the way.

IV. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ANA IN-HOUSE AGENCY FACT BOOK (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this roundtable discussion, we'll share the completed ANA In-House Agency Fact Book and what the ANA is doing to support this growing advertising model. We will also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing with in-house agencies and which topics we should cover in more depth at future committee meetings.
