In this session, staff from Constellation Brands' in-house agency team will share various aspects of their in-house agency. The team will take attendees through their in-house agency journey, as well as dive into their organizational structure. They will also focus on how their strategic approach to working with marketing and finance. And they'll showcase some of their great creative!

In this session, Kate Roberts, director of global creative services at Franklin Templeton Investments, will share her journey and their future plans, including lessons learned and key takeaways.

III. DELIVERING VALUE: MGM RESORTS' IN-HOUSE AGENCY (1:00 – 2:00PM)
Hot off her presentation at the ANA Advertising Financial Management Conference, Jessica Cipolla-Tario, SVP advertising and content at MGM Resorts International and ANA In-House Agency West Coast Chapter Committee Chair, will provide a more indepth look at structuring your in-house agency to be efficient and to deliver value and quality. We'll take a look inside MGM Resorts in-house agency to see how they did it, including their re-organization and how they shifted the focus from scope creep and quantity to estimated hours and quality work.
