II.  SAG/AFTRA COMMERCIALS CONTRACT/COVID PRODUCTION ISSUES (2:30 – 3:00 PM)

With the tumult of the election aftermath behind us, the Biden Administration and the new Congress must get down to business, while the dual crises of the pandemic and the economic slowdown still rage. What lies ahead on tax, privacy, and regulatory policy?  Also, many of the states are facing massive budget shortfalls and considering new taxes on advertising.
