I. USING BENCHMARKING TOOLS TO MORE EFFECTIVELY NEGOTIATE AGENCY AGREEMENTS (10:00–11:00AM)
In this session, Paul DeLucchi, Sr. Sourcing Specialist – Adobe Systems Incorporated, and Tim Bajraktari, Partner – Beekman Associates, will look at how to apply agency compensation/remuneration benchmarking tools to build, benchmark, assess, and track agency scopes of work and compensation. Paul will share how Adobe is using RightSpend to more effectively negotiate agency agreements.

II. CLOROX: INVESTING IN PROGRAMMATIC ADVERTISING (11:15AM–12:15PM)
This year, The Clorox Company will spend three times as much on digital advertising purchased with automated buying tools than it did during 2014. That means about 50% of its entire digital budget will end up being dedicated to programmatic buying this year. Hear from Rebecca Horn, Head of Data Management and Strategy – The Clorox Company, on how and why Clorox is focusing so much on programmatic. Erika will also share key learnings from their campaigns and suggest how one can get started with programmatic.

III. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ANA PROCUREMENT MENTORING PROGRAM (1:00—2:00PM)
In this session, Kelly Mathis, Sr. Sourcing Manager – Intuit Inc., and Antonio Humphreys, Senior Manager – Adobe Systems Incorporated, will guide a discussion on the joint value and positive outcomes formed by strong mentor relationships. They'll also provide an overview of the ANA Procurement Mentoring Program, highlight the current roster of active mentors, and the process of matching up individuals. Current and former program participants are highly encouraged to share their experiences as well to guide future mentors and mentees.
