I. MATTEL: ESTABLISHING A REVENUE SHARE AGENCY COMPENSATION MODEL (10:00 - 10:45AM)
Earlier this year, Mattel embarked on a new approach to compensation with their agency. Launching a new product, Mattel entered into a revenue share model with its agency. In this session, we'll learn about Mattel's approach to the revenue share model, why they chose this method, and what worked and didn't.

II. FARMERS GROUP, INC.: SOURCING PROCESS FOR A DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (10:45 – 11:30AM)
In this session, Richard Layne, sourcing manager at Farmers Group, Inc., will take us through the process they recently used to onboard a data management platform. Richard will share best practices and lessons learned from the process.

III. SQUARE ENIX: IMPORTANCE OF BEING AUTHENTIC AND ENGAGING (11:45AM – 12:30PM)
In a world where anything is possible, how does a brand break through the noise with today's modern consumer? Jon Grant will discuss how Deus Ex, a video game with a challenger brand budget, forged a new path to win over modern consumers and put his brand at the center of a movement.

IV. ANA PRODUCTION TRANSPARENCY UPDATE (1:30 – 2:00PM)
In the fall 2016 ANA convened a task force that examined transparency issues in production. The process to examine these issues was as follows: identify consultants/outside resources who have a perspective on the issue; have each consultant share their perspective with the Production Transparency Task Force; recap the key learnings and decide on a course of action, if warranted. In August 2017 ANA released their Production Transparency report. This session will highlight the findings and recommendations found within that report.

V. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: FUTURE TOPICS (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this session, we'll open the floor to members to discuss the issues they're facing. This is also an opportunity for members to ask questions for input from members. We'll also discuss future topics for this committee to consider and discuss changes to the committees available.
