V. ECOSET: GREEN PRODUCTION
(9:30-10:30 PST)
EcoSet offers green solutions and logistical environmental support. They partner with non-profits, coordinating the donation of left over materials and assist production to give back to the community. In this session, EcoSet will show how re-purposing and donation of post-production products and merchandise can have a positive impact on the communities it serves as well as provide a positive brand image for the companies that donate. The discussion will cover the following:

  • Parallel your commercial productions with your company's over- arching environmental stewardship and social responsibility goals.
  • Achieve recognition and public relations opportunities as an industry leader in sustainable commercial production practices, and join a movement that already includes corporations, advertisers and motion picture studios.
  • Reduce landfill waste through composting, recycling and waste reduction practices.

VI. UNIVERSAL STUDIOS PRESENTATION & TOUR (10:45-12:00PST)
Universal Virtual Stage 1 (UVS1) at Universal Studios is a dedicated, pre-rigged, pre-calibrated virtual production environment with pre-visualization, motion capture, camera tracking and related technologies for commercials, television and features. This turnkey facility allows productions to reduce or eliminate costly set-up time. For added convenience, UVS1's technology and equipment is portable to other stages and locations worldwide. The demonstration will highlight the flexible and scalable features of the stage with actual production footage
