I. CAMPBELL SOUP: A DECOUPLING CASE STUDY (10:00 – 11:00AM)
Decoupling, in advertising, occurs when services that were previously subcontracted by advertising agencies are purchased directly from suppliers. Campbell Soup Company has done just that over the last few years. This presentation will explain the rationale and cost advantages of making the separation as well as the mishaps, assumptions (both correct and incorrect), and learnings from this endeavor.

III. SAG-AFTRA TALENT AND THE ERA OF #METOO (1:00 – 2:00PM)
With a little under a year left until the current SAG-AFTRA contract expires, and in today's era of #METOO, the rise of influencer marketing and morality issues coming to light in the press has marketers are asking themselves, "how do I protect my brand?" In this session, Stacy Marcus, Partner – ReedSmith and Chief Negotiator for the Joint Policy Committee will discuss these issues as well as key issues in the renegotiation of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: TOP TRENDS IN PRODUCTION (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this roundtable discussion, we will continue our discussion from the 2018 AFM Conference on diversity in production, in-house content studios, production efficiencies and more. We will ask members to share their issues or concerns that they may have experienced in these topic areas and discuss any recommendations. We will also discuss topics we should cover in more depth at future committee meetings.
