II. LG ELECTRONICS TRACKS REAL TIME SHOPPER BEHAVIOR (11:00AM-12:00PM)
LG Electronics' shopper marketing decisions are being shaped by insights gained from a research tool they've been using called LG Shopper Tracker. This allows LG to track in real time, a week of shopper behavior, and how much influence each one of the measured touch points has on their purchase decisions.
