I. HOW COCA-COLA & SOUTHWEST LEVERAGED THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT TO ENHANCE CONSUMER EXPERIENCES

In this session, The Coca-Cola Company & Southwest Airlines will share how their respective sponsorships of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment produced integrated consumer experiences through unique activation and CSR touchpoints.

II. LIFESOUTH TARGETS MILLENNIALS THROUGH EVENT MARKETING 
(11:00AM-12:00PM)
LifeSouth, a regional community blood bank, along with their non-profit foundation Five Points of Life, hit the bull's eye for building lifelong future advocates of their organ donation program. By focusing on the science and social responsibility of donation, the foundation developed a way to collaborate with schools to create the "donation generation", through family focused events celebrating wellness & donation. Brite Whitaker, Foundation Director – Five Points of Life & Kim Mitrook, Director Corporate Marketing – LifeSouth will share best practices on reaching millenials through event marketing.

LUNCH (12:00-1:00PM)

During the lunch hour we will have a special visit from one of SeaWorld's animal ambassadors and each attendee will have an opportunity to take home a souvenir photo

III. TRANSITIONS OPTICAL LEVERAGES CONSUMER PASSION POINTS THROUGH EVENTS
(1:00-2:00PM)
In this session, Transitions Optical will present best practices they have instituted in sponsorship and event marketing to increase brand engagement with their consumers. Transitions Optical will explain how they used insights to determine consumer passion points and built experiential marketing initiatives to reach consumers who felt the brand was "not" for them.

IV. ANA MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION
(2:00-2:30PM)
ANA member roundtable discussions are great ways to share experiences and perspectives on specific topics, while learning from your peers from other companies. In this session, ANA Sponsorship & Event Marketing Committee Members will discuss: ROI measurement tools, and developing integrated partnerships.

  • Behind the scenes tour of SeaWorld Orlando and free time in the park (2:30-4:30)
  • Sunset cocktails at the Sandbar overlooking the waterfront at SeaWorld Orlando (4:30-6:30)
  • ANA Sponsorship & Event marketing committee members in attendance will receive a SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment gift bag.
