I. TOUR OF ZAPPOS.COM HEADQUARTERS
(9:00-10:00am)
ANA West Coast Social Media Committee members will receive a complimentary tour of Zappos.com Headquarters.


II. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION
(10:00am-Noon)
ANA member roundtable discussions are great ways to share experiences and perspectives on specific topics, while learning from your peers from other companies. In this session, we will have a discussion on inspiring customer loyalty through social channels. ANA West Coast Social Media Committee members should come prepared with examples from their organizations and/or best in class examples seen within the marketing industry.
