WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (9:30 – 10:00AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment. During introductions, we'll ask members to share 1-2 challenges, key concerns, or hot topics that "keep them up at night" as a way to better facilitate one-to-one discussion and networking between members throughout the day.


I. KELLOGG: TAKING CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT TO CONVENIENCE (10:00AM – 10:45AM)
From snacks and frozen foods to our breakfast icons, Kellogg is passionate about our beloved brands and making foods people love. As a leader and strategic partner in the Convenience channel, Kellogg's® collaborated with 7-Eleven in celebration of Slurpee's 50th Birthday. Sr. Marketing Manager Ami O'Keefe, from Kellogg's Channel Marketing, will provide a high level overview of the consumer engagement, examples of the activation, and share insight into the company's formula for 360 Activation success.

II. GLADIATOR: REDEFINING STORAGE (10:45AM – 11:30AM)
As a leader in the storage and organization category for 15 years, Gladiator brand (part of the Whirlpool Corporation family) knew they needed to make a big impact if they were going to continue to succeed in this growing category. In this session, brand manager Allison Gillespie will share how the brand redefined the category and built an identity for themselves with new positioning, new messaging, and influenced new product design within a condensed 10-month timeframe. Join Allison as she takes you through the journey that set up Gladiator for one of their most successful years yet.

III. IHOP ANNUAL HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE: A CAUSE MARKETING CAMPAIGN (11:45AM – 12:30PM)
In partnership with Chicago's #1 rated television station, ABC 7, IHOP hosts an annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting the US Marine Corps Toys For Tots Program. Through a fully integrated campaign, viewers are encouraged to head to their neighborhood IHOP via on-air, digital, in-restaurant, experiential and social media messaging to donate toys for children in need throughout the holiday season. In this session, regional marketing manager Liza Lathouris will discuss how IHOP's efforts to bolster brand awareness and social good led ultimately to guest traffic and sales.

IV. BEAM SUNTORY'S CONTENT-DRIVEN APPROACH TO ECOMMERCE (1:00PM – 1:45PM)
As the world's third largest premium spirits company, Beam Suntory is Crafting the Spirits that Stir the World with a dynamic portfolio that includes whisky, tequila, vodka, cognac, rum and cordials. In this session, manager of eCommerce content Liz Sterrett will share how the brand's latest work in digital content is connecting with customers through an enhanced online presence and driving awareness through eCommerce.
