I. DELOITTE: PICKING AND USING THE RIGHT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL (10:00 – 10:45AM)
Choosing the right project management tool and using it to the best of its ability is often key to having a well-functioning in-house agency. In this session, Janelle Nash, senior manager of marketing technology and demand generation at Deloitte, will share how they picked their project management tool, how its utilized, and lessons learned along the way.

II. FROM IN-HOUSE TO iNHouse: EVOLVING NATIONWIDE'S CREATIVE CULTURE (10:45 – 11:30AM)
A creative group has existed at Nationwide for more than 20 years. But permission to have a distinct belief system, behave like an agency, and lead cultural change is new thinking. This movement has rapidly evolved how Nationwide's in-house agency sees themselves as creators in a corporate environment. It's also brought them closer to the vision of being the team their clients turn to first.

III. UL CREATIVE SERVICES TEAM SAVES THE DAY (11:45AM – 12:30PM)
Starting from a team of two and growing to a team of sixteen, UL's internal creative services team has showcased why it's important to bring creative talent in-house. Mandy Janicki, creative services manager at UL, will share UL's story behind the new creative services team, including the challenges they face, and where they're heading next.

IV. STATE FARM: TIERING WORK (1:15 – 2:00PM)
In this session, the team from State Farm's Creative Services will share their process for tiering and work prioritization. They will share their lessons learned and discuss how to determine impact, ROI, and valuation/cost avoidance.

V. MEMBERS-ONLY DISCUSSION: PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND ANA IN-HOUSE AGENCY FACT BOOK (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In November 2017 the ANA released their In-House Agency Fact Book. In this roundtable discussion, we'll discuss the results of our survey analysis, including organization structure, and any high level trends that were discovered. We'll also do a deeper dive on project management tools and discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing as an in-house agency. Come with your questions and suggestions!
