In this firestarter discussion and panel, members of the ANA In-House Agency Committee, will discuss how they foster culture and talent. They'll share their expereneces with what works best (and worst), as well as lessons learned. We'll also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing as an in-house agency. III. CHOBANI: BUILDING FROM SCRATCH (1:15 – 2:15PM)
In this presentation, Leland Maschmeyer, Chief Creative Officer – Chobani will share how he built Chobani's first in-house creative capabilities as well as re-engineered their consumer marketing capabilities. Combined, these functions are known as the "Brand Development" group. Leland will share how this group has become a modern model for demand generation allowing for greater fluidity, exceptional creativity, and speed of implementation at scale.
