A look into how Fandango has grown from an online ticket company, to an entertainment company offering the entire consumer movie experience from box office to movie streaming to movie merchandise.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of NBC Universal and the Comcast Corporation, Steve will present Fandango’s capabilities for brands to advertise, promote and generate awareness of their products and services through the entertainment industry. As VP, Strategic Alliances, of Fandango Rewards, Fandango’s B2B sales arm, he will also highlight recent case histories on how offering our movie rewards in consumer promotions help brand increase sales and consumer preference.

II. Riding the Rails to Loyalty Success: Amtrak Guest Rewards Redisgn and Launch (10:30AM - 11:15AM)
Amtrak Guest Rewards Program has helped them compete strongly against other modes of transportation and conquer the air-rail market in the Northeast Corridor. Find out how they used rewards and more to gather up to 75% percent of this market. In 2016, Amtrak launched its redesigned loyalty program changing the way points are earned and redeemed in response to passenger feedback and competitive realities. The reaction from travelers has been very positive. Find out what led to the change, the challenges in forming and implementing the new plan, and what the results have been since the launch.
