Jason Gordon, Counsel, is a member of the firm's Entertainment & Media Group. He represents advertising agencies, Fortune 100 brands, media companies, consumer packaged goods companies, and other advertisers in all aspects of advertising, marketing, new media, branding, privacy, mobile marketing, behavioral advertising, right of publicity, and traditional trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling.

Kimberly Chow, Associate, is an associate in the Information Technology, Privacy & Data Security and IP, Information & Innovation groups. She is an IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She focuses her practice on privacy, data security, media, and advertising. Kimberly counsels clients on how to meet their obligations under, e.g., the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and dozens of other federal and state privacy laws and regulations. She has experience responding to Federal Trade Commission investigations and regularly advises clients on FTC regulation.

Justine Lee, Associate, is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property, Information & Innovation Group. Her practice is focused on domestic and international trademark prosecution and clearance. Prior to beginning her career as an attorney, Justine worked in the intellectual property team for a global retail clothing company based in San Francisco, where she focused on brand protection for the company’s brands and worked extensively with the in-house legal department and business groups. Her experience includes domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, clearance, and marketing. She also worked at an intellectual property boutique firm based in Santa Monica and served as a congressional intern at the United States House of Representatives.

Michael Strauss, Associate, concentrates his practice in advertising and marketing, entertainment, sports (with specific expertise regarding the eSports industry), music, technology, trademark and copyright-related issues, and general corporate law. Michael is also a member of the legal team responsible for negotiating the multi-billion dollar commercials collective bargaining agreements with SAG-AFTRA and the American Federation of Musicians on behalf of the Joint Policy Committee on Broadcast Talent Union Relations.
