Bill Tucker is the CEO of Aquila LLC, the entity launched by the Association of National Advertisers to operationalize standardized cross-media measurement for the advertising industry.
Prior to leading Aquila, Bill served as group executive vice president at ANA. In this role, he established and led the data, technology, and measurement practices; co-led the ANA Media & Measurement Leadership Council; and oversaw digital supply chain initiatives and the B2B marketer practice.
Prior to ANA, Bill was executive vice president at the 4A's. With more than 30 years of experience in agency media management, his career includes significant leadership roles at Publicis Groupe’s Starcom MediaVest Group. He served as CEO of MediaVest and president of Starcom Media Group Client Management. His extensive client portfolio has included global media AOR management roles with Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Kraft, Walmart, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.
A recognized industry leader, Bill has been named an Ad Age Media Maven and received the Partnership for Children’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a former adjunct professor at New York University and a graduate of the Villanova School of Business, where he has served on the Dean’s Advisory Board.
