The Way We Use Member Information

  • We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for an ANA event or using our Marketing Insights Center only to complete the registration or to fulfill your information request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your registration or fulfill your request.
  • We use the information you provide about another member, when registering for an ANA event only to complete the registration and to confirm attendance. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your registration.  
  • We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
  • You can register with our website if you would like to receive access to Member-only information.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your registration. 
  • If you ask us to be added to a mailing list, your contact information may be used to inform you about upcoming ANA events.  We do not share this information with outside parties. 
  • We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
