ANA Calls on Michigan Governor to Rescind Advertising Restrictions

Today, the ANA called on Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer to rescind a misguided executive order which imposed a ban on “the advertising or promotion of goods that are not groceries, medical supplies, or items that are necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and basic operation of residences,” in stores over 50,000 square feet and on ads for certain rental properties.
