Accessibility Committee


The Accessibility Committee supports marketers in creating campaigns that are inclusive and accessible to all audiences, including people with disabilities. The committee focuses on embedding accessibility into creative, media, and production processes to improve both equity and marketing effectiveness.

This committee is designed for client-side marketers, agency partners, and marketing solutions providers across brand, media, creative, production, and customer experience roles. It is also relevant for those looking to better understand how accessibility can be integrated into marketing strategies and operations.

Members will gain actionable guidance on implementing accessible practices such as captioning, audio description, inclusive design, and user-friendly formats across channels. Participants will also learn how to build the business case for accessibility, improve media efficiency, and measure impact on reach, engagement, and brand performance.

The committee will explore opportunities to align industry action around major cultural moments, including a call for advertisers to adopt accessible practices in the lead-up to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games, building on momentum from similar efforts during the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.
