ANA Applauds Michigan Governor for Discontinuing Advertising Limitation

Washington DC (April 24, 2020) - The ANA very much appreciates that Gov. Whitmer in her revised Executive Order today removed the restrictions on advertising that had been imposed on stores 50,000 square feet or larger in Michigan. ANA had written to the governor opposing these limitations explaining that they were unconstitutional and did not further any public health interest. Our previous statement can be found here.

We are very pleased that the Governor has made these important changes to the Executive Order.
