Leading Marketing Teams through AI Transformation is a premium two-day leadership workshop,

Who Is This Workshop For?

Leading Marketing Teams through AI Transformation is a tailor-made opportunity for:

  • Senior leaders (Marketing and Brand Directors, VPs, and above) with people leadership responsibilities and accountability for team capacity-building and specific AI-readiness objectives.
  • Leaders who are actively managing teams that are navigating AI adoption or preparing to do so in the near term.

Workshop Pre-Requisite

To participate fully in the workshop attendees will be required to complete the AI Readiness Assessment tool which is designed to evaluate how individuals and teams relate to AI across six AI readiness dimensions including exposure, curiosity, confidence, trust, learning orientation, and adoption. The AI Readiness Assessment will be sent to registrants to be completed two weeks prior to the program to receive results at the workshop.
