Susan Israel, of Counsel, is an experienced privacy attorney who focuses her practice on developing and implementing data privacy policies and programs. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating data deals that protect privacy as well as providing counsel on public policy issues in relation to both privacy as well as advertising law.

Jessica Lee, Associate, practice focuses on emerging media, technology, advertising and promotions, privacy and intellectual property. She has represented clients in a variety of fields, including Internet, film, music, sports, telecommunications, and consumer products. Ms. Lee counsels companies regarding information security and privacy issues surrounding the Internet and emerging media platforms. Ms. Lee specializes in social media law and regularly counsels clients on everything from engaging influencers to using user generated content to optimize data collected through social media campaigns.

Libby O’Neill, Associate, handles a broad variety of advertising, claim substantiation, promotions, and social media issues, including drafting of license and sponsorship agreements, contest and sweepstakes rules, and social media policies. Her diverse experience includes advising multinational pharmaceutical, financial services, and industrial equipment clients on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation matters.
