IV. LENOVO: 5 PILLARS FOR IN-HOUSING SUCCESS (10:20 – 10:55AM PT)
Lenovo started their in-housing journey two years ago and has already seen solid gains. In this session, Rick Corteville, the executive lead for Lenovo’s Global Media COE, will outline the five pillars that their in-house team was built upon along with the success and learnings they have driven to date.

Lauri Vela, SVP of performance marketing, is the architect behind the development of Synchrony Financials' first in-house performance marketing team. She will describe the journey to building this team from the ground-up, its organizational structure today, and plans for growth.
