Jonah Minton, Principal - MedaLink
As Principal at MediaLink, Jonah Minton applies his vast experience across the digital landscape to help drive marketing innovation and monetization strategy at leading brands, technology and media companies. He works with his clients to assess their strengths and weaknesses, understand where they fit into the ecosystem and ultimately combine growth strategy with corporate development and marketing transformation in order to create a path for business acceleration.
Prior to joining MediaLink, Jonah founded Sandbox Media Group, a boutique strategic advisory and consulting firm focused on the intersection between media, entertainment, marketing, technology and IRL. His clients included ViacomCBS, Live Nation and StyleHaul/RTL. Prior to that, Jonah was Chief Revenue Officer at DigiTour, Senior Vice President at Fullscreen and Vice President at Ustream. Throughout his 15 year career, Jonah has been at the forefront of industry innovations such as digital video, social media, live-streaming, branded content, influencer marketing and immersive pop-up experiences.
He received a Masters at University of Southern California and a Bachelors at UC Berkeley.
Kimberly Brown Oredugba, Vice President - MedaLink
Kimberly joined MediaLink in 2021 and brings 15 years of combined experience developing and executing marketing programming for global brands aimed at driving growth. As a Vice President at MediaLink, she is integral in supporting the agency optimization and growth strategy practices for clients focused on securing their positioning in a competitive, evolving marketplace to accelerate business opportunities. She brings a high level of curiosity to the workplace and client engagements that enable her to leverage creative ideation to a wide-ranging roster of clients including adtech, big tech, and digital and traditional media companies. Kimberly focuses on growth strategy, marketplace visibility, narrative development and go to market strategy.
Prior to MediaLink, Kimberly worked for Facebook where she focused on global process optimization related to XR product development for Reality Labs. She was also responsible for developing communication strategy and supported organizational design and development for a newly established enterprise team tasked with driving productivity through the use of XR technology. Kimberly spent the previous 4 years at a private UK based brand marketing startup agency serving as the Global Client Partner to Oculus and the Client Services Director, overseeing a division of the agency that experienced exponential growth over a three-year period. During her tenure, she launched and oversaw a global technical virtual reality demonstration program, delivering turnkey solutions for B2B BD partnership and B2C experiential opportunities.
Kimberly is a twice graduate of Northwestern University and holds a Master’s of Sports Administration B.S. in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology.
Rory McCallum, Content & Insights Manager - Deloitte
Rory McCallum is a research manager in Deloitte’s Chief Marketing Officer Program, part of Deloitte Services LP. Rory delivers actionable insights on emerging marketing trends and the evolving role of the CMO through quantitative and qualitative research methods. Some of Rory’s areas of experience include the skills and attributes of the modern CMO, C-suite dynamics, and using creativity to transform businesses. Rory earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Drake University and a Master of Business Administration with a marketing focus from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Rory currently lives in Milwaukee, WI.
