To start our meeting, all attendees are encouraged to participate in a roundtable discussion about workflow management best practices. Which tools do you recommend, or want to learn more about? Is your creative review process optimized to reduce lead time and minimize rounds of revision? Come prepared to share your workflow challenges and achievements, learning from your peers in an open conversation. 

IV. TRUTH INITIATIVE: QUITTERS (11:00 – 11:35a.m. ET)
Truth Initiative is an inspiring nonprofit tobacco control organization dedicated to achieving a culture where all youth and young adults reject tobacco. After years of fighting against cigarette use, Truth took aim at a new enemy, the vape. To help young people see a way out of vaping, the in-house team at Truth created “Quitters,” a powerful video series providing authentic, unfiltered portrayals of young people quitting and the positive impact it has had on their mental health. The result is a 2-time category winner at the 2023 ANA In-House Excellence Awards.

VI. HEINEKEN USA: THE CREATIVE STUDIO JOURNEY (11:45a.m. – 12:20p.m. ET)
Cam Gaylord was hired in 2019 to assemble Heineken USA’s first in-house creative studio. As its founding director, Cam was responsible for building the business case that brought production talents internally via a careful balance of creative and financial selling points.
