I. DISCOVER PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE'S IN-HOUSE AGENCY (10:00 – 11:00 am)
In 2017, the Random House Publishing Group began the early phases of re-structuring their creative and media buying teams to a centralized in-house agency model with the goal of better aligning campaign performance with business growth objectives. In this session, Erika Seyfried, Director of Content Services, will discuss the steps involved in making this change, the highs and lows, and the lessons learned.

II. IKEA: WHEN YOUR IN-HOUSE AGENCY IS A CONTENT POWERHOUSE (11:10 am – 12:10 pm)
IKEA's developed a reputation for advertising that's creative, inventive, and culture-savvy without losing its practical edge. They developed the Creative Hub, a spin on an in-house agency which is focused on creating global campaigns and content across IKEA markets by partnering with external creatives.
