Rory McClenaghan, founding leader of VOLT, Molson Coors' in-house agency, was the first employee through the doors. He named the agency, established its culture and developed the core practices that have made it successful. He led VOLT to winning numerous industry awards, including ANA In-House Agency of the Year, One Show and Effies in non-in-house agency categories. As a founding leader of an accomplished in-house agency, Rory understands what it takes to cultivate great in-house leaders. Here, he will talk about the leadership tracks he’s built within Molson Coors to develop a new generation of creative leadership.
