In December, the Digital Advertising Alliance announced two tools for California consumers to send request under the CCPA to opt-out of the sale of personal information by some or all of the participating companies. The CCPA is here and now it’s time for the rubber to meet the road. This session will cover the compliance measures that are most relevant to the advertising industry, including how to meet the “do not sell” requirements of the CCPA, and the impact that the CCPA has on sweepstakes and loyalty programs.
