INTRODUCTIONS (10:45 – 11:00AM)

I. FIRESTARTER DISCUSSION: TOP MARKETING PROCUREMENT ISSUES (11:00 - 11:30AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment and to leverage and share knowledge and insights with marketing peers. Often times, many marketers have similar challenges. In this session, we'll discuss the following topics and others you want to explore:
• Agency Compensation
• Measuring/maximizing ROI
• SOW Best Practices
• Your Topic!

II. VISA: STRATEGIC SOURCING (11:30AM – 12:15PM)
In this session, Mithun Sharma, vice president of strategic sourcing at Visa, will share their approach to strategic sourcing for marketing and advertising. Topics covered include structure of team, lessons learned, and future goals.

Speaker:
Donald Lee, Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing - Visa
Simona Rabsatt Butler, Senior Director, Global Sourcing - Visa

LUNCH (12:15 – 1:00PM)

III. SONY PLAYSTATION: SHIFTING AGENCIES FOR A GLOBAL APPROACH (1:00 – 1:45PM)
Earlier this year, it was announced that Sony Playstation chose adam&eveDDB, part of Omnicom's DDB network, as global lead creative agency. This announcement followed a six-month review process which included an RFP-free review and the need for Playstation to approach its brand with a global consumer in mind.

Speaker:
Greg Paull, Principal – R3 Worldwide

IV. ANA UPDATE: RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT; TRUST; MEDIA COMPENSATION (1:45 – 2:30PM)
Recently, the ANA has released two new studies on media compensation and trust within the industry. In this session, we'll take a deeper dive into both studies and share the latest on our agency relationship management initiative with the 4A's.

Speaker:
Greg Wright, Senior Director – ANA
