I. 20 Years of LGBTQ+ Marketing and Community Engagement with Target 10 (11:30am-12:10pm ET)
The marketing world got a little bit bolder — and a lot more queer — when Target 10 first opened its doors in 2002, and twenty years later the agency is a leading independent and certified queer-owned LGBTQ+ marketing firm for major advertisers.  Experienced in both targeted and inclusive marketing as well as consumer segment consultation, Target 10 partners with some of the best known brands in the world, from Johnson & Johnson to PepsiCo to HBO, demonstrate to LGBTQ+ consumers that they “get it and get me.” Founder and President Matt Tumminello and VP Matt Wagner will share learnings from Target 10’s two decades of experience and best practices on how to engage with this vibrant, growing audience in 2022 and beyond.

Speaker:
Matt Tumminello, Founder and President -  Target 10
Matt Wagner
, VP Client Services - Target 10

II. Aveeno Raises Visibility & Offers Solutions to the Underdiagnosis of Eczema in Black Skin (12:10-12:50pm ET)
Aveeno is on a mission to help people lead healthier lives. And this extends beyond the products they make. In 2021, the brand launched an initiative that focused on creating awareness of, education for, and access to solutions for Eczema in black skin. Join Suzanne Goldstein, Senior Director for Aveeno, to hear about how Aveeno tapped into its rich scientific legacy in areas that impact skin, to bring together a roster of dermatologists, skin health advocates, eczema sufferers and celebrities to drive conversation around the skin condition's disproportionate impact on the Black community, despite an overall lack of visibility to the issue in mass media and educational content.
