The Brand Keys 2022 Loyalty Leaders List will examine best-practice guidelines for brand engagement, customer loyalty, and better brand bottom lines.

A post-pandemic marketplace has triggered a significant sorting-out of brands as regards to customer loyalty. The 4.3 million-assessment Brand Keys database – 1,624 brands in 142 categories – was used to identify this year’s Top-100 Loyalty Leaders List.

This presentation will review what – and how much – has changed as regards to what consumers expect and how brands can prepare to address expectations of the new-normal.
